We aim to process orders that are placed before 12 pm on the same day. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances it is possible that delivery of your order could be delayed.
Change your order
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. This is because Folat works with an automated processing process. We would therefore like to advise you to check your order carefully before completing it.
From our centrally located warehouse (DistriParty) we are able to provide a reliable and efficient delivery throughout Europe. After dispatching from DistriParty orders are being handled by various carriers.
We deliver smiles, by that we mean your order of Folat party products, in cardboard boxes. Depending on the size of your order it will be delivered on one or more pallet(s).
Fun fact: yearly around 20.000 orders leave our distribution center.
