Corona Update
The
situation we are in as a world is worrying and creates a lot of uncertainty. As
a customer of ours, we would like to inform you about what we do to ensure that
you can count on us even during these exciting times.
From the
beginning of the corona crisis, we keep a close eye on all developments and
follow government guidelines. Our first priority is the safety of our
employees. In addition, we try to do everything we can to guarantee the
continuity of our processes for you as a customer.
Precautionary
measures
We have
taken various measures to ensure the continuity of our processes. Where possible,
employees work from home, teams are split, protocols are drawn up and strictly
adhered to. Our DistriParty distribution center also has strict rules regarding
compliance with all rules and protocols drawn up by our government. We hope to
assure you that our entire organization is doing everything it can to continue
to serve you as a customer as well as possible.
Account Management, Webshop & Customer Service
Our field staff are happy to remain at your service, so they are easily accessible by phone or email. Our webshop is also an excellent alternative to do your shopping.
Together
with all colleagues, we do everything we can to ensure that you and all our
other customers and partners remain in business. These are uncertain times when
we will have to help each other. We are ready for you.

How can I become a customer of Folat?
This can be done through a debtor form on our online shop. For the sake of completeness, we point to the fact that we only supply branch related companies.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount for the first order is €500.00 excl. VAT. Follow-up orders with an order amount from €150.00 excl. VAT will be delivered free of charge. For orders under €150.00 excl. VAT we charge €15.00 for ordering and handling costs.
If I order today, when do you deliver?
We aim to process orders that are placed before noon on the same day. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances it is possible that delivery of your order could be delayed.
What are the payment options at Folat?
We currently offer iDeal, credit card and direct debit as payment offers.
I have ordered wrongly, can I return these goods?
