Ordering

At Folat you can easily place an order in a variety of ways. It’s possible to place an order via the online shop, your smartphone, per email or telephone. Using our online shop, it’s possible to order swiftly by linking an Excel list to our system. Once the order has been entered and completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us by email.

When the order has been completed by us and it’s offered to the carrier, you will receive an email containing track and trace data. This allows you to follow the status of the order.

Information on products

Would you like to receive more information or advice on the presentation of our products in your store? Please contact one of our dedicated staff members of the Sales Support department. We would be happy to schedule an appointment with you for a visit from one of our representatives to your store. They are more than happy to offer you the right advice to boost sales and, for example, on how to present new items in an appropriate way.

Amend order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed. This is because Folat works with an automated processing chain. We would therefore like to advise you to properly check your order before finalising.

Shipping

We aim to process orders that are placed before noon on the same day. As a general rule, this order will be delivered to you the following working day.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances it is possible that delivery of your order could be delayed.

Chamber of Commerce and VAT number

For the sake of completeness we like to stress that we can only supply branch related companies with a valid Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.
